XCEL GROUP provides comprehensive general contracting services for commercial construction projects. From the earliest planning stages through final turnover, our role is to organize, coordinate, and manage the many moving parts required to successfully complete a project.

We work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, property managers, and other project stakeholders to establish a clear path from construction documents to completed space.

Our general contracting responsibilities can include preconstruction coordination, subcontractor bidding and selection, scheduling, procurement coordination, field supervision, trade coordination, quality control, inspections, project documentation, change management, punch-list completion, and project closeout.

Existing conditions, design revisions, material availability, scheduling conflicts, and unforeseen field conditions can all affect a project.
